In my opinion Kattniss Everdeen finally grows up in Mockingjay, the last book of the hunger games series by Suzanne Collins. In the end, I felt like Katniss was trapped between a rock (President Snow) and a hard place (President Coin) and her solution was probably the only thing she could have done. Details got a little vague and drawn out after the elevating moment, and it all felt a little anticlimactic... I was left wondering how life could go on normally, given what happened, and I think it would have felt like that to Katniss too. Brilliant but brutal.

The worst thing in my book is...

I'm really enjoying the book Mockingjay so it was kind of difficult thinking about the worst thing in it. I believe the worst thing in this book is it would be very challenging to stay focused and really enjoy this book if you have not read the two other books before Mockingjay. Mockingjay is a series the first book is "The Hunger Games" which was personally my favorite. The second book was "Catching Fire" it was good but definitely not as good as the hunger games. And the last book in this series is "Mockingjay". The main reason I think it would b difficult to just start reading Mockingjay first is because you wouldn't really know a lot about each Character.

• Are any characters in your book comparable to characters you’ve seen in other books, television shows, or movies? Can you compare any characters to someone you know in real life? Mockingjay

In the Mockingjay there are many characters that remind me of other characters in different books. One that really stood out to me was how President Snow Reminded me of Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter. One reason they seem alike to me is because they are both of high ranking or power. Also President Snow reminds me of Hitler. Because they are both dictators. President Snow clearly was as evil and cruel as Hitler though. That's why I believe he is more like Lord Voldemort.
